This study aims to analyze the determinants of economic performance within East Java’s agricultural sector using a quantitative approach. Amid climate change and volatile global market dynamics, the region’s agricultural sector faces substantial challenges in sustaining and enhancing productivity. Utilizing secondary data spanning the past decade sourced from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and relevant agencies, this study employs multiple regression analysis to examine these dynamics. The empirical results demonstrate that agricultural technology, market access, and government support significantly influence the sector's economic performance. Specifically, increased investment in agricultural technology and enhanced market accessibility drive agricultural output, which subsequently accelerates regional economic growth. This research offers an original contribution by highlighting critical, optimizable managerial factors essential for achieving superior economic outcomes in agriculture. Ultimately, these findings serve as a strategic reference for policymakers and practitioners in formulating effective interventions to bolster the agricultural sector in East Java.
